Max Stevens

Max Stevens is a Senior Systems Engineer at AALTO HAPS, contributing to the Zephyr system since April 2023, where responsibilities include conducting post-flight system analysis to enhance performance. Prior experience includes a progression at Airbus Defence and Space from Graduate Engineer to System Engineer, focusing on aircraft power systems, testing procedures, and payload integration for the Zephyr HAPS system. Early career roles featured support during Zephyr's record-breaking flight trials and responsibility for high-level design documentation. Additionally, experience as a Field Operations Associate at Google involved improving functionality in Maps while collaborating internationally. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex.
