Christian Fernando Nieto MacIel

Christian Fernando Nieto Maciel is an experienced professional currently serving as Coordinator of New Programs Packaging at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) since February 2012. In this role, Christian has developed expertise in master packaging for AAM North America and oversees all new programs packaging plans for the AAM Mexico site, addressing supplier and customer concerns while ensuring effective packaging flow and cost reduction initiatives. Previously, Christian worked as a Materials Engineer at Cubi Pack, focusing on lean manufacturing practices, and as a Supervisor at NIMAC Servicios Industriales, managing customer service and procurement. Christian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Salle Bajío, obtained in 2011.
