Joe Tang is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently retired and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures and travel, Joe Tang has held significant roles at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since July 1997, including Senior Manager overseeing the Sales Drive Shafts Business Unit and Program Management for GM programs, where responsibilities included launching future programs and ensuring alignment across the organization for cost, timing, and quality. Previous roles at AAM also include Managing Director & Plant Manager in Thailand, and Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on setting up new manufacturing facilities and processes.
