Lincoln Hughes has extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing PLM at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since January 1996. Notable achievements include developing a PLM system for Manufacturing Engineering and leading various roles such as Director of North American Program Management, where responsibility included oversight of new programs and capacity increases, and Director for Business Planning, New Programs, & Launch, managing multi-plant operations generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.
