Nagnath Dhale has over 18 years of experience in the software and functional safety domain within the automotive industry. Currently serving as an Associate Manager for Software Functional Safety at American Axle & Manufacturing since December 2021, Nagnath previously held the position of Senior Manager-Software at Spark Minda, where responsibilities included managing a software development team and mentoring in model-based software development. Nagnath's career also includes significant roles at Tata Motors as a Senior Manager overseeing passive entry and start systems, as well as positions at Lear Corporation and Crompton Greaves. Nagnath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Master’s degree in Digital Electronics from Amravati University, and an MBA in Project Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
