Ron C.

Ron C. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the procurement and purchasing field. Ron started their career as a Field Engineer at WESTERN ATLAS INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED in 1991. Ron then moved to Ford Motor Company in 1995, where they held positions such as Product Price Estimator, Buyer, and Purchasing Specialist. Ron worked at Ford Motor Company until 2004.

In 2004, Ron joined AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Procurement Manager and later became a Global Commodity Manager. Ron successfully managed procurement operations for indirect and direct materials. Throughout their tenure at AAM, they took on increasingly senior roles, including Senior Manager of Program Readiness, Senior Manager of Global Procurement Business Systems, Senior Manager of Advanced Sourcing, Americas Procurement, and finally, Director of Global Procurement. Ron led several enterprise-wide initiatives, implemented strategic partnerships, and achieved global standardization. Ron also collaborated with senior leaders to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.

Ron C. attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ron then pursued further education at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1993 to 1995, earning an MBA with a specialization in Operations Management.
