Jamie Nicol

Jamie Nicol is currently the Aviation Contracts Manager at AAM. Prior to this, they were an Airport Operations Specialist at Air Traffic Solutions from April 2018 to August 2020. Before that, they were the Operations Manager Arrivals & Departures for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation from May 2017 to April 2018.

Virgin Australia employed Jamie Nicol as their Regional Manager of Airports from April 2007 to March 2017. Nicol began their career in 1995 as a Duty Manager for ANSETT AUSTRALIA LIMITED until 2001 when they became a Human Resources Manager for various companies. In 2003, they shifted gears and became a Change Management Consultant for various companies until 2007 when they took on the role as Regional Manager of Airports for Virgin Australia.

Jamie Nicol has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Charles Sturt University in Human Resources Management and Services. They also have an Advanced Diploma in Business (Travel and Tourism) from TAFE Queensland.
