Niek Kroeze

Niek Kroeze is an experienced project manager with a career spanning over two decades in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently at Aan de Stegge Twello since 2011, Niek has successfully managed significant projects such as the development of Schiphol Logistic Park for Amazon Logistics and DC Schiphol Trade Park. Prior experience includes roles at Van den Belt Sport & Leisure, where Niek led multiple design and build projects for sports facilities, and earlier positions at Aan de Stegge Twello focusing on the execution of turnkey industrial buildings. Niek's career began at SBM Betrokken bouw- & vastgoedmanagers, contributing to the development of commercial properties. Niek holds a degree in construction management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and completed part of an MBA at TSM Business School, specializing in integrated building process and project management.
