A- Ghali is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry and culinary arts. A- Ghali has served as the Executive Manager at AANI&DANI since October 2004. Previously, A- Ghali worked as a Demonstration Chef at Ragaff Co from September 2002 to September 2004, and served as the Pastry Chef and Co-Owner at Caramel from December 1999 to August 2002. A- Ghali began the culinary career as a Pastry Chef at La francis from February 1992 to March 1999. A- Ghali's educational background includes training at ecole chocolate in 2003.
