Lucas Hays

Lucas Hays is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2015. Currently serving as an R&D Project Engineer at AAON, Inc. since September 2020, Lucas previously held two manufacturing engineer roles at Parks Mfg. LLC for Bluewave and Silverwave Boats as well as Enviro Systems Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Earlier experience includes a support staff position at Oklahoma State University and internships at Precision Tool & Die INC and Enviro Systems Inc. during 2014 and 2015, respectively.
