Fredrik Strand Randgaard

Fredrik Strand Randgaard has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 to present. Fredrik Strand has held various roles in different organizations.

From 2017 to present, Fredrik has been working at AAP Aviation. Fredrik Strand started as a Project Manager and played a key role in the establishment of a new flight training facility. Later on, they became the Director of Sales, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and customer retention. Currently, Fredrik serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at AAP Aviation.

Prior to joining AAP Aviation, Fredrik worked at Forsvaret - Norwegian Armed Forces from 2015 to 2017. Fredrik Strand served as a Staff Officer/ADC, working closely with the Commandant of the Norwegian Defence University College.

Before that, from 2011 to 2015, Fredrik worked at the Royal Norwegian Navy. Fredrik Strand held various positions, including the role of Economic and Administration Officer onboard the Coastguard vessel KV Andenes. Fredrik Strand was responsible for administrative, HR, and economic matters, as well as leading a team. Fredrik Strand also worked as a Logistics and Supply Officer and an Economic Officer/Controller during their tenure at the Royal Norwegian Navy.

In 2009, Fredrik briefly served as the Vice President of Valkyrien, a student organization at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. Fredrik Strand was responsible for board administration, organizing events, and coordinating with partners.

Lastly, in 2008, Fredrik worked as an Instructor at the Officer Candidate School in the Royal Norwegian Navy.

Overall, Fredrik Strand Randgaard has a strong background in management, sales, project coordination, and administrative roles, gained through their experience in the aviation industry, armed forces, and student organizations.

Fredrik Strand Randgaard's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Brookline High School for one year, studying General Studies. In 2004, they graduated from Røyken Videregående Skole, where they completed their high school education in General Studies. Moving on to pursue higher education, Fredrik attended Officer Candidate School from 2007 to 2008, earning the degree of Petty officer. During their time at Officer Candidate School, they received basic officer education and training. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Fredrik attended the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Leadership, specializing in logistics, economy, and resource management.
