Mads Hvilshøj has had a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Mads started their career at MachineVision.dk as a partner from 2007 to 2012. Mads then moved on to Aalborg University, where they held various roles such as a scientific assistant, PhD student, and postdoc from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Aker Solutions as a project manager and senior engineer, specializing in electro work. Simultaneously, they also worked at MHWirth as a project manager and senior engineer for product development from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they became a global expert at MHWirth. In 2015, they joined OSM Aviation and served as the director of crew planning and execution. Mads later became the head of innovation and, eventually, the chief technology officer. Mads'sprofessional journey is characterized by a progressive career trajectory and expertise in technology and engineering.
Mads Hvilshøj completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Flexible Automation - Autonomous Industrial Mobile Manipulation from Aalborg University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the same university, spanning from 2003 to 2008. Mads'searlier education includes being a Mathematical student at Brønderslev Gymnasium from 1999 to 2002.
