Jessica Weglarz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jessica is currently serving as the Director of Neonatal Clinical Skills Training at the American Academy of Pediatrics since March 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), where they worked from January 2014 to March 2023. Their positions at NAHQ included Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Certification, Marketing, Membership, & Operations, and Senior Certification & Operations Manager. Before joining NAHQ, Jessica worked as the Executive Director at the Downtown Highland Park Alliance from June 2012 to September 2013. Jessica also served as the Director of Research and Program Manager at the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council from October 2005 to March 2012. Throughout their career, Jessica has gained extensive experience in healthcare quality, operations management, economic development, and program management.

Jessica Weglarz completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Bradley University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Drake University in 2004, majoring in Business with a double major in Marketing and Management. Additionally, in November 2016, they obtained a certification of 21 Continuing Education (CE) Hours from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
