Karyn Crider

Karyn Crider has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Karyn started their career in 1997 as a Human Resources Assistant at Eller Media, where they contributed to the recruitment process and assisted with benefit plan enrollment. In 1998, they joined Chapman and Cutler LLP as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they managed a secretarial pool and assisted with attorney and paralegal recruitment. In 2000, they joined the American Academy of Pediatrics as a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, where they managed the organization's recruitment process and launched their first ATS. In 2006, they worked part-time at SEASPAR.

Karyn Crider attended Illinois State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Karyn later pursued further education at National Louis University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
