Kristin Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kristin currently holds the position of Senior Research Associate at the American Academy of Pediatrics, which they began in July 2020. Prior to this, from October 2019 to May 2020, they worked as a Senior Scientist at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc.

Kristin'slongest tenure was at Thresholds' Research and Evaluation Center, where they served in multiple roles over a period of 16 years. From October 2012 to October 2019, they were the Director of Evaluation, responsible for supporting information-based decision making and improving organizational performance. Kristin had broad experience in research methods, monitoring and evaluation, and data analysis.

Before becoming the Director of Evaluation, they served as the Assistant Research Director at Thresholds' Research and Evaluation Center from August 2003 to September 2012. In this role, they worked with external academic partners, served as project coordinator for federally funded research, and managed a complex portfolio of projects. Kristin also secured foundation funding to augment federal funding and developed collaborations with academic and foundation partners to create business opportunities.

Kristin Davis has a diverse education history. In 1990, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Communication at Temple University, which they successfully completed in 1992. Following this, from 1992 to 1999, Davis attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a PhD in Cultural Studies. In 2016, they briefly enrolled in the Health Care Executive Program Certificate at UCLA Anderson School of Management, further expanding their knowledge in the healthcare field.
