Faith McNicholas

Faith McNicholas, RHiT, CPC, CPCD, PCS, CDC, is an experienced professional in healthcare coding and compliance with a focus on ICD-10-CM/PCS training and documentation improvement. Currently serving as a member of the AHIMA Data Use, Governance, and EHR Structure Practice Council and co-chair of the AHIMA Clinical Terminologies & Classifications Practice Council, Faith provides consulting services and training for ICD-10 compliance, having trained staff across various organizations since 2014. Additional roles include manager and coding reimbursement specialist at the American Academy of Dermatology, partner at Coracle Medical Billing & Coding, and a former board member of the AAPC. Faith holds an Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology from Oakton College.
