Claudio Cançado Trindade

Claudio Cançado Trindade, MD, PhD, has been serving as an ophthalmologist at Instituto de Oftalmologia Cançado Trindade since January 2012 and has also been a reviewer for the Journal of Refractive Surgery at the American Academy of Ophthalmology since January 2016. Claudio completed a doctorate in ophthalmology at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2015 to 2019 and received specialized residency training in ophthalmology at Clínica de Olhos da Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte from 2009 to 2011. Claudio holds a medical degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, obtained from 2002 to 2008.
