Astha Kapoor

Astha Kapoor is a distinguished professional in the fields of digital transformation, financial inclusion, and public policy, currently serving as a Member of the T20 Task Force on Inclusive Digital Transformation for G20 Brasil 2024 and as a Co-Founder of Aapti Institute. With recent roles including Member of the Global Future Council at the World Economic Forum and Co-Chair of the Task Force on Digital Public Infrastructures for G20 India, Astha has extensive experience in advising governments and organizations on effective policy strategies and implementation. Previous consultancy work encompasses significant projects with the Planning Commission of the Government of India and Dalberg Global Development Advisors, where Astha contributed to shaping digital payment policies and strategies for social marketing in education. Astha's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Social Development from Erasmus University and a Bachelor's degree in History from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
