Allison Ramsey

Allison Ramsey, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at AAR since March 2024. Previously, Allison held the same title at Triumph Product Support from July 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included partnering with business operations to address HR issues, succession planning, talent management, and employee relations across multiple sites. Allison's extensive career began at J.B. Hunt Transport as a Marketing Specialist, followed by a role as Transportation Specialist at Ryder Truck Rental, and Area Manager at Staffmark, where solutions for workforce management were developed for various businesses. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arkansas.
