Samantha Almanza Ma

Samantha Almanza, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at St. David's Foundation, having progressed through various roles including Human Resources Manager and Communications and Human Resources Coordinator since April 2018. Previous experience includes Program Manager at Family Promise - Salt Lake, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing shelter programs, managing volunteer initiatives, and strengthening community partnerships. Prior roles involved center management for the City of South Salt Lake, editorial contributions as a columnist for Intermountain Catholic Newspaper, and extensive work in youth and young adult ministry with the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Christian Brothers University, Samantha has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement, program development, and human resources management throughout a diverse career.
