Bob Scoble

Bob Scoble has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with a career spanning several decades in various roles focused on quality, safety, and inspection. At AAR CORP., Bob serves in Special Projects, having previously held the position of VP Quality and Safety at AAR Aircraft Services Miami, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Prior to this, Bob worked at United Airlines for over 23 years, ultimately becoming Managing Director of Aircraft Inspection, overseeing maintenance quality control and compliance with FAA regulations. Earlier roles included Manager of Aircraft Inspection and Aircraft Mechanic, beginning in 1974. Bob's career also includes experience as a Methods and Standards Technician at Naval Air Logistics Command, where work methods for aircraft and missile maintenance were developed. Bob holds a BS in Aviation Operations with a focus on Maintenance Management from San José State University and an AS in Aircraft Mechanics from Los Angeles City College.
