Jen Karlis

Jen Karlis serves as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO at Optimas Solutions since October 2023. With extensive experience at AAR spanning from May 2005 to the present, Jen has held various roles including Proposal Manager and Trade Show Manager, where responsibilities included supporting the Business Development team, coordinating proposals, and managing government trade shows. Previous positions at AAR included Project Manager for the F117 Program and Area Marketing Manager, demonstrating strong capabilities in account management, budget oversight, and marketing. Additionally, Jen has served in executive assistant roles at Wrigley and AAR CORP., and began a career at ARRIS, supporting various vice presidents across multiple departments.
