Margaret Vitiello

Margaret "Maggie" Vitiello is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Vitiello serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Compensation) at AAR and as a Human Resources Manager at REDCON SOLUTIONS GROUP. Prior to these roles, Vitiello held positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at AAR, and worked at DynCorp International LLC for over a decade, where responsibilities included administering HR functions for approximately 350 employees in Iraq. Vitiello's career also includes significant roles within the United States Marine Corps, where management and administrative functions were performed for over 17 years.
