From 2019 to present, Nicholas has been the Senior Vice President Integrated Solutions - Government & Commercial at AAR Corp., where they are responsible for overseeing operations, quality, procurement, supply chain, finance, strategy, and business development. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, they were the Senior Vice President, Integrated Solutions - Government at AAR Corp., where they played a crucial role in developing and managing the integrated solutions government business, delivering significant revenue growth. Before joining AAR Corp., Nicholas served as the Chief Operating Officer - International at Michael Baker International from 2013 to 2016, where they directed all operating facets of the company's Global Services Business Group. Nicholas also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at KS International LLC from 2011 to 2013, leading the operations of a global provider of engineering and development services to the US Government.
