Steve Theim

Steve Theim currently serves as Sr Director of Business Development at AAR, where responsibilities include strategic analytics that inform corporate direction. In 2018, Steve was the Manager of Analytics and Organization Development at Vertex Aerospace and held a similar managerial role at L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC from 2004 to 2018. Notably, during this time, Steve was accountable for manpower and organizational development in a $1.3 billion annual revenue company, focusing on operational design, cost modeling, and proposal development. Prior to this, Steve served in the US Army from 1981 to 2004, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class and acting as a Senior Technical Reviewer for vendor selections related to aviation maintenance contracts.
