Will Wadas possesses extensive experience in contract management and government services. Currently serving as Contracts Manager for Government Services at AAR since May 2023, Will oversees the complete life cycle of supply and service contracts with the U.S. Previously, employment included roles such as Government Property Management Analyst at Boeing, where Will led audit support functions for a team managing over $2.5 billion in U.S. government property, and Contracts Manager at AAR, leading a team of specialists focused on federal procurement. Earlier experience includes facilitating contractor clearances for the United States Antarctic Program and managing operations at Six Flags. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
