Amar Desai

Amar Desai has a diverse range of work experience in the IT and telecom industry. Amar is currently working as the Consulting Director at Aarav Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this role, Amar worked at Oracle as the Senior Manager - Communications Consulting from April 2013 to September 2021. In this position, they managed program delivery in the ANZ & Pacific island region, handled P&L, and focused on customer relationship management and sales support.

Before joining Oracle, Amar worked at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Architect - IT Advisory Services, Telecom from September 2009 to April 2013. Amar led architecture and design activities for various consulting engagements with global mobile service providers.

From November 2003 to August 2009, Amar worked at Mahindra Satyam as a Systems Consultant - Telecom SI & Consulting. Amar played multiple roles as an architect, technical lead, and systems analyst. Their responsibilities included implementing OSS/BSS applications and working with customers in the UK, US, ANZ, Srilanka, and India.

Amar started their career at You Telecom India Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Executive - Information Management from October 2001 to November 2003. Amar was involved in the greenfield rollout of broadband and IP telephony services across India.

In 2000, Amar worked as a Software Engineer at WorldGate Networks Pvt. Ltd. in India.
