Barry van Oostrum

Barry van Oostrum has extensive experience in consultancy and management roles within the property and housing sector. Currently, Barry serves as Team Leader of Consultancy at Aareon NL since November 2013 and also manages multiple home-owner associations as a VVE Beheerder at AA-VVE beheer since January 2010. Previous roles include Treasurer at VVE Westeria A&B, where Barry was instrumental in establishing the association, and various administrative positions at Habion and Aedes, focusing on financial oversight, liquidity management, and financial reporting. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Economics from NCOI and an MBO in Administration from Amersteijn Economie.
