Rajeev Nayyar

Rajeev Nayyar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and legal sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chair at RADical Systems (UK) Limited since December 2024, Nayyar also contributes as a Technology Panel Member for the Property Redress Scheme and as an Investor (LP) with Episode 1 Ventures. Previously, Nayyar held the position of UK Managing Director at Aareon Group, overseeing a significant transformation that integrated various business units and enhanced customer satisfaction. Nayyar co-founded Fixflo and served as its CEO from June 2012 to September 2022. With a solid background in commercial property and construction law, Nayyar began a legal career at firms such as Hogan Lovells and Russell McVeagh. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford and completion of the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School.
