The African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) is a national network of chapters developed to support the advancement of Black professionals seeking to obtain career establishment and growth within the commercial real estate industry through professional development and networking. The organization’s activities have a united purpose: to support asset managers, brokers, property managers, investment professionals, developers, construction executives, architects, and finance and law professionals in building relationships and obtaining resources.

AAREP LA has been a driving force in providing a supportive network for Black professionals working in the commercial real estate industry in Southern California.
