Blessia Lee has a diverse background in consulting and strategy with experience across several organizations. Currently, Blessia serves as a Consultant at AArete since September 2025. Prior to this role, Blessia was an Associate Strategy Partner at Highmark Health from February 2024 to August 2025, and worked as an Associate Consultant at Jabian Consulting between July 2023 and February 2024.
