Samantha Papik

Samantha Papik is a seasoned consultant with a diverse background in project management, data analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Consultant at AArete since May 2021, Samantha previously held various roles within the organization, including Analyst and Analyst Intern, where problem-solving initiatives were executed for clients. At Penn State THON™, Samantha led a team as Merchandise Director, managing a retail store that supports a major philanthropic effort, and also undertook roles in merchandise sales and order management. Additional experience includes an EFB Consultant/Engineering Intern position at Automated Systems In Aircraft Performance, where data digitization and analysis were key responsibilities. Early career development involved managing operations and sales at Alpine Pools and Spas, along with serving as a camp counselor to support youth activities. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, earned in May 2022.
