Jim Marshall

Jim Marshall has extensive work experience in the collections and recovery industry. Jim is currently the Chief Revenue Officer and Brand Ambassador at Aargon Collection Agency, where they have been working since 2005. Jim has played a key role in the growth of the company, which now has offices in multiple locations across the United States and Mexico. Jim holds a Qualified Manager Agency License for the State of Nevada.

Prior to their current role, Jim worked at FIS as the Senior Director of Collections and Recovery from 2003 to 2005. In this position, they managed a large collection team and maintained relationships with external collection agencies and district attorneys' offices nationwide.

Before FIS, Jim worked at HSBC as a Senior Collections Manager from 1996 to 2003. Jim was recognized for their performance within the company and had the opportunity to conduct site audits of third-party collection agencies and attorney groups. Jim also served as a subject matter expert in Mumbai, India, where they trained and provided expertise in operational call center collections.

Jim began their career at Chase as a Collections Manager, where they gained valuable experience from 1990 to 1996.
