Anton Gligorescu

Anton Gligorescu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insect production and environmental biology. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at EntoPrime since March 2024, Anton is also pursuing a PhD at Aarhus University and holds the position of Vice President for the Insect Commission at the European Federation of Animal Science. Anton’s previous roles include Product Manager and Specialist at Teknologisk Institut, where responsibilities encompassed developing innovative solutions and managing R&D projects in the insect production sector, particularly focusing on Black Soldier Fly production. Early career experiences include research assistant positions at Roskilde University and an internship dedicated to exploring insect metabolism and waste management. Anton holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Biology and Technological and Socio-Economic Planning, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Biology from Roskilde University.
