Mads Thomsen

Mads Thomsen is a skilled Data and GIS developer currently employed at Aarhus Vand since April 2021, also serving as a mentor at Lær for Livet from November 2023. Mads has extensive experience as the owner of mtdevelopment, specializing in software development and IT consultancy since June 2013, and has previously held roles including fullstack senior software developer at EnviDan A/S and member of the board at Aarhus Vand. Mads also served as a lay judge with Danmarks Domstole and has a strong background in WebGIS development with various positions at Aarhus Municipality and NIRAS. Mads holds multiple degrees in Software Engineering and Computer Science from prestigious universities such as Aalborg University and Aarhus University, alongside certifications in Microsoft application development and landscape engineering.
