Amar Kapadia

Amar Kapadia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aarna Networks, a company that provides software-defined networking solutions. Prior to Aarna Networks, Amar Kapadia was the Head of Network Functions Virtualization Products at Mirantis, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2017. In this role, Amar was responsible for product management and product marketing of Mirantis’s Network Functions Virtualization products.

Before joining Mirantis, Amar Kapadia was the Sr. Director Product Management of LTS2 Cloud Storage at EVault from December 2012 to December 2014. In this role, Amar built a product marketing team from scratch, defined a differentiated product with a compelling roadmap, launched the product, and defined the go-to-market strategy. The Long-Term Storage Service (LTS2) that Amar and their team launched at EVault won praises from a number of industry analysts.

Amar Kapadia is a thought leader in the area of software-defined networking and has co-authored several papers on the topic. Amar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.
