Ian Pallister

Ian has 30 years of experience helping organisations to address their strategic challenges. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and following his MBA moved on to hold Partner roles in several strategy and innovation advisory firms. He has worked extensively in Europe, USA, Gulf, and Asia and worked in 30 different industry segments with over 200 clients.

Ian is currently CEO of Stratega Global, a boutique advisory firm focused upon helping clients in the areas of strategy, innovation and venture scale-up. Stratega has a presence in the UK, Europe, India and Brazil. The Stratega Strategy System is a comprehensive management framework that helps clients to design and realize innovative strategies for growth, at the venture, platform and organisational level.

Ian is originally from England, and is based out of Munich, Germany. He is a dual citizen of the UK and Germany and works globally with a particular focus on, and interest in, the Indian market.

Ian received a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and has maintained a keen interest in how the latest technologies can create impact.

Ian also has an MBA (with Distinction) from the University of Durham.
