L. Neil Thurgood a retired Lieutenant General has spent his career serving the United State military in a variety of senior supply chain management roles around the world. His experience includes developing sustainable procurement systems, project management and long-term planning. Throughout his career, he has obtained extensive experience in strategic management, international relations, military operations, national security.
He has served as Director of the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Officer where he executes planning programming and leadership over $4 billion in US resources for innovation and advanced technological development in hypersonic, directed energy and space. Thurgood also led the design, development, and establishment of the first-ever Army-wide Innovation Center of Excellence. His outstanding leadership skills and dedication to innovative thinking has earned him the title of a global leader in his field. Neil has spent a significant time in southeast Asia and particularly India.
General Thurgood has BS in Business and a Master’s in management.
He attended Wharton, Harvard and Tuck Schools of Business and development programs.
