Aaron School
Rachel Rader is an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background in providing therapy services across various settings, including school-based environments and rehabilitation centers. Currently serving at Aaron School since September 2019, Rachel previously worked at Happy Hour 4 Kids, Kennedy Child Study Center, and as a fieldwork student at The Churchill School and Center and VillageCare. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Additional experience encompasses research assistance at Pennsylvania State University, contributing to projects in cognitive psychology and sports concussions. Rachel Rader's expertise lies in sensory integration approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance student outcomes and promote functional independence in clients with diverse needs.

Aaron School
Aaron School opened its doors in 2003 as a nursery and early elementary school for children not ready for mainstream education because of learning, language, attention, social skills, and/or sensory challenges. In response to requests from parents and advocates, Aaron has grown vertically and horizontally over the years. We now occupy two buildings, Located on 45th and 30th Street, respectively, on the East Side of Manhattan. Aaron School provides integrated academic, enrichment, and therapeutic services to children in grades K‐12, with the goal of enabling each student to become a confident and successful learner.
