Stefanie Sternberg

Stefanie Sternberg currently serves as the Guidance and Transition Coordinator at Aaron School, where responsibilities include developing syllabi and curricula for life skills courses, assisting in post-secondary planning, and facilitating various informational sessions for students and families. Previous experience includes roles as an Education & Employment Service Specialist at The New York Foundling, where advocacy for at-risk youth was a primary focus, and multiple internships in school counseling settings at South Woods Middle School and West Hollow Middle School, enhancing counseling skills and providing support to students. Stefanie also has experience as a Special Education Teacher's Aide and a mentor for at-risk youth, complemented by a Master of Science in Education in School Counseling from Hunter College.
