Idris Dave -

Idris Dave has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Idris is currently serving as the Delivery Director at Aarorn Technologies Inc, where they began in April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Advisor at AaroRn Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd starting from January 2020.

From April 2019 to March 2020, Idris worked as a Sr Agile Delivery Lead at The Co-operators, specializing in SAP Commissions and Salesforce.

Idris also worked at TD as a Program Delivery Lead from October 2017 to April 2019, focusing on Agile and DevOps in the Enterprise Testing Transformation program. This involved collaborating with various control partners to ensure architectural blueprint approval and implementing CA Test Data Management.

Prior to TD, Idris held positions at CIBC as a Program Manager for Pega Projects from October 2013 to October 2017, and as a Sr. Project Manager from October 2013 to December 2015.

Idris also gained experience as the Asst. Vice President at Astro, specializing in Amdocs Managed Services, Deployment, and Change Control from July 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, they served as a Project/ Product Manager at HeiTech Padu Berhad from March 2012 to June 2012.

Idris has also worked as the Software Project Manager and Head of Software Division at Quantum Beez Sdn. Bhd. from October 2009 to April 2012.

Idris'searly experiences include being a Senior Software Engineer at Astro from May 2008 to October 2009 and a Senior Programmer at Cosmopoint from July 2005 to December 2007.

Idris Dave completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from South Gujarat University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Systems & IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Idris Dave also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they achieved certification in IELTS from the British Council. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from PMI and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 certification from HM Government, UK. Most recently, in 2016, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
