Adem Arac

Adem Arac is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in production, sales, and digital media. Currently serving as an Associate Producer at AARP since February 2023, Adem successfully launched a weekly news video series that ranked as the most-watched across all platforms and significantly increased website video views. Prior roles include Producer at WUSA-TV, where Adem developed the "Open Mic" TV show and influenced newsroom content, and Account Executive at Yelp, managing a full sales cycle for advertising programs. Adem previously produced an Emmy-winning morning news show at WUSA-TV and coordinated digital media efforts at KREM TV. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Gonzaga University, Adem's earlier roles include various editorial and production positions at Gonzaga Bulletin, KXLY Broadcast Group, and the Gonzaga Alumni Association.
