Amy Nofziger

Amy Nofziger is the Director of Consumer Fraud at AARP, a position held since March 2013, where responsibilities include leading the AARP Foundation Consumer Protection activities and serving as the spokesperson for the Fraud Watch Network. A notable achievement includes the creation of the AARP Fraud Watch Network Helpline, providing nationwide support for individuals facing fraud concerns. Prior to this role, Amy spent over a decade at the AARP Foundation, starting as a Program Leader for the Colorado AARP Foundation and ElderWatch project. Education includes an MA in Leadership Studies from Regis University and a Gerontology certificate from the University of Denver, complemented by participation in Leadership Denver in 2012. Earlier career experience includes serving as Program and Volunteer Coordinator at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival.
