Ben Sadis

Ben Sadis is a data scientist with extensive experience in developing data pipelines and applying machine learning techniques. Currently, at AARP since April 2023, Ben enhances data analysis capabilities. Previously, at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2019 to December 2022, Ben developed a PySpark data pipeline for COVID-19 metrics published by the CDC and designed anomaly detection rules. Earlier roles include an internship at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Ben created a MySQL database for genomic data, and a student researcher position at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, where Ben employed machine learning to classify melanoma tumors. Ben's educational background includes a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
