Charles Talley has extensive experience in leadership and coaching, currently serving as the Lead Volunteer Transition Volunteer Coach at AARP since April 2009, where charles leads a team dedicated to preparing leadership volunteers for their transitions. Additionally, Talley acts as the National Coordinator for Virtual WorkSearch, guiding individuals aged 50 and above through job search techniques, resume building, and interview strategies. Prior to AARP, Talley worked for the United States Postal Service for over three decades as a Sales Support Specialist, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of national sales strategies. Talley holds a degree in Intermediate Education with a focus on Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University.
