Christina Lee

Christina Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Tableau Developer at AARP since October 2018, Christina has previously held roles including Tableau Developer and Analyst in Planning and Performance. Prior to AARP, Christina worked at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) from April 2013 to June 2018 as a Senior Research Analyst, contributing to insights for HR professionals, and during an earlier tenure at SHRM as a Survey Research Intern. Additional experience includes a Research Analyst position at Fors Marsh Group, where responsibilities involved marketing and survey research studies on military enlistment, and a Junior Research Analyst role at Dell Services focusing on health-related resource databases. With foundational experiences as an Administrative Assistant at Perot Systems and a Research Assistant at the College of Charleston, Christina holds a Graduate Certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis and an M.A. in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University, along with dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from the College of Charleston.
