Cynthia Brown

Cynthia Brown has over 30 years of work experience, primarily at AARP and SAIC. Cynthia started their career in 1982 as a Systems Analyst at SAIC and later became a Program Manager and Deputy Department Director. In 1992, they joined AARP as a Special Assistant to the CFO and later took on roles as Director of Financial Planning and Senior Director of Strategic Financial Planning. In 2005, Cynthia became Vice President of Group Financial Services and currently serves as Vice President of Operations & Finance at AARP.

Cynthia Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University. Cynthia also pursued a Master of Business Administration from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. In addition, they completed a course at Georgetown University in 2015, though the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
