Elçin Elgin Odabaşı

Elçin Elgin Odabaşı has over 20 years of work experience in the finance and engineering fields. Elçin began their career in 1998 as a Project Engineer at CETA. In 2000, they moved to Pepsi Beverages Company as a Financial Planning Analyst, where they were responsible for sales and production planning, cost management, and reporting and analysis. In 2005, Elçin joined Bizimgaz Tic ve San. A.S. as the Budget & Controlling Responsible. Elçin then moved to Turkcell in 2011, where they held roles as a Senior Revenue Financial Controller and Financial Controller. In 2015, Elçin became the Senior Financial Controller at Form Şirketler Grubu. In 2019, they joined Recordati S.p.A. as the Budget Coordinator. Elçin is currently a Partner & Finance Manager at both Kuika Software and System Optima Inc.

Elçin Elgin Odabaşı holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University. Elçin has also obtained additional certifications, including Setting Your Financial Goals from LinkedIn in November 2018, Gestalt Therapy & Coaching from Doc. Dr. Nita Scherler in September 2014, CMA PREP from CMA Turk in June 2011, and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner from Phillip Holt.
