Frank Burdette

Frank Burdette is a seasoned professional in information security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), currently serving as the Director of Information Security GRC at AARP since February 2023. Prior to this role, Frank held various leadership positions at The College Board from July 2018 to October 2022, including Executive Director and Senior Director of Information Security Compliance, where responsibilities included leading security compliance in the Ed Tech sector and driving legal and regulatory compliance to protect customer PII. Frank's extensive experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, spanning from April 1995 to July 2018, involved managing IT and security governance, designing and overseeing enterprise-wide information security initiatives, and leading program management and network operations. Frank holds a BA in French Language and Literature from Marshall University and has studied at Shepherd University, Université de Caen Normandie, and Mercersburg Academy.
