Jay Fleming

Jay Fleming currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions at AARP, a position held since August 2016, and previously held the role of Director of Distribution. Prior to AARP, Jay Fleming held various leadership positions including Vice President of Direct Sales at MetLife from February 2013 to July 2016, and Board Member at the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund from June 2011 to June 2016. Jay also served as Vice President of Nationwide Sales Solutions at Nationwide Insurance from July 2010 to February 2013, and held multiple roles at The Hartford Insurance Group from April 1997 to July 2010, culminating in the position of VP of Operations and COO. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Origination at Citi in 1994 and Director of New Business Acquisition at Worldwide Insurance from 1989 to 1994. Jay Fleming holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Leadership from Villanova University and is a graduate of East Catholic High School.
